In a case where ââ¬Å"not applicableâ⬠was confused with ââ¬Å"strongly disagreeâ⬠or ââ¬Å"strongly agreeâ⬠it was ultimately decided the best course of action was to remove ââ¬Å"not applicableâ⬠altogether. The cluster analysis will find it difficult to use same example because it treats ââ¬Å"not applicableâ⬠as part of the cluster (Cluster Analysis).
